BALTIMORE (WMAR) — This Saturday ABC will air an episode of a new television series that will feature the Ellicott City community and their journey through two devastating floods in as many years.
It’s called Hearts of Heroes, an educational docu-series that captures an in depth look at the heroic efforts of first responders in the aftermath of some the nation’s most destructive natural disasters.
